Our pads have the advantages of high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, and hi-res printing effects which is made of the highest quality raw materials on the market today. Besides silicone, we blend an in house componant that is new to the market which is a  high-temperature resistance material and is processed through high-temperature machining to provide higher elongation and tear resistance during printing.

  Over the years we have tested a wide variety of different materials, inks, substrates and narrowed it down to what works best overall in the pad printing industry. As the saying goes, "Less is more", we only offer two types of pads. Our FLUX which comes in Aqua and ATOM an Anti-Static Green material. We offer 3 different hardnesses, Soft, Medium and Hard which is based off of our Shore A hardness chart. They are listed below  We have determined which hardness works best for specific substrates and materials and now we are ready to offer them to you. Each pad is made custom per order and is moulded carefully in CNC routed and polished ACRYLITE Acrylic.
